Meet The Team

Our team

Charlotte Bouchard, LPC

Charlotte began her career in the healing arts as a massage therapist, where she developed a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection and the somatic dimensions of trauma. Her hands-on work with clients sparked a profound curiosity about human psychology and emotional healing, ultimately leading her to pursue advanced training in mental health in 2015.

Her personal and professional journey took a transformative turn through her own experience with psilocybin-assisted healing. This powerful experience not only inspired her personal growth but also fueled her passion for advocating the therapeutic use and decriminalization of psychedelics.

Charlotte later earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on mindfulness-based approaches. Since becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2021, she has pursued additional training in EMDR and is certified in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.

Known for her empathetic presence, active listening, and unconditional positive regard, Charlotte creates a safe, nurturing space where clients feel truly seen and supported. Her holistic approach weaves together mindfulness, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed care to foster insight and transformation.

Clients seeking EMDR, mindfulness-based therapy, or ketamine-assisted treatment will find in Charlotte a compassionate and knowledgeable guide. Her unique blend of personal experience and professional expertise makes her a trusted ally on the path to healing and self-discovery.

Owner, Founder, Therapist

Sushi (aka Soosh Magoosh)

Sushi, our Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, is a spotted and spirited Border Collie/Bulldog mix committed to fostering a truly welcoming environment for all. His policies include equal access to belly rubs, zero tolerance for exclusion at the office and dog park and firm belief that every human deserves a warm greeting—whether they prefer enthusiastic tail wags or a respectful sniff-from-a-distance approach. Sushi actively works to dismantle barriers, bridge divides through collaborative fetch initiatives, and ensure representation across all treat distributions. His leadership reminds us that inclusivity can be joyful, a little messy, and rooted in genuine connection.

DEI Director

Babaganoush (aka Da Baba)

Babaganoush, a sleek and discerning tortico, serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Wild Lotus Counseling. With an unmistakable air of authority, she oversees the daily rhythm of the practice—whether that means supervising office logistics or thoughtfully knocking supplies off the counter to ensure quality control. Nothing escapes Da Baba.

When she’s not visibly on duty, Babaganoush is likely conducting high-level “operations review” (or napping in the closet). Equal parts strategic and delightfully unpredictable, she brings a mix of precision, chaos, and charm to the team. Her leadership keeps things running smoothly and has earned her the well-deserved title of Chief Purrations Officer.
